Oh God, I started crying about a third of the way through, and I didn't stop until the final credits.  All of the main players were wonderful, as I'd heard- Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, Eddie Redmayne.  I could give or take Amanda Seyfried and Russell Crowe, to be honest.

The person I was most impressed with I haven't even hear mentioned in any review- Aaron Tveit as Enjolras.  I loved him!!!  His final minutes, his passion all the way though- just wow!  It's funny, I knew he's been on Broadway, but I'd only really seen him on Gossip Girl, playing a total dickhead, so this was such a surprise.

I feel a new crush coming on...

I totally agree. Loved the movie, especially Anne and Aaron!! Also Eddie Redmayne. So moving!

I just didn't expect to cry so much!

The reason I don't want to see it is because of Amanda Seyfried. I saw a clip of her singing, and...yikes. No thanks.

Too bad because I love Samantha Barks. :-P

She was great, but Amanda Seyfried- not so much. I thought my eardrums were going to shatter when she attempted the high notes.

I really loved it, too. They were all great. Anne Hathaway was amazing, and I have not been her biggest fan in the past. This performance made me reconsider that, though.

I can't say I was an Anne Hathaway fan, but I didn't have any dislike for her, either. This movie made me fan. Definitely.
