It's been a while... (The cooking edition)
Wow, I really have not been posting much at all lately.  Mostly, I guess, because I just don't have much to talk about.  Let's see what's new...

I made homeade fajitas last night.  Well, the filling was homemade, I bought the tortillas.  I browned up some steak (filet mignon, no less) and rotisserie chiclken, then mixed it in with sauteed onions and peppers.  Once the tortillas were stuffed, I added shredded cheddar jack cheese, chopped tomatoes and sour cream.  They came out really good.

I've been stretching my cooking legs a little  lately.  I made chicken francese this week.  We have some crab meat (spelled Krab, because it's artifcial crab meat) left in the freezer from the seafood canneloni I made, so I think I'll look for some large mushroom caps next time I go shopping, and make stuffed mushrooms.  I figure I should brown the mushrooms with a little olive oil, while I make the filling- crabmeat, onions, mayo, breadrcumbs?  I haven't made this before, so if anyone has any tips on how to make the stuffing, I'll be glad to hear it.

I really want fajitas now. I wonder if someone will bring me some.

I don't have any left, unfortunately. They were awfully good, though.
